Description

The Tales in this book are about the Yeti, the wildman known in the Abominable Snowman. The Author has collected them in the course of my travels in different parts of nothern Nepal. They have been adapted from my forthcoming Lore and Legend of the Yeti.

Known also as Nyalmu and Ban Manchhe and by various other names, the Yeti is believed by the people of the high mountains to be almost like a human being, but covered with hair all over the body. They are said to be found in the glaciers and in the forests.
